Black Friday is celebrated on the fourth Friday of November, followed by Cyber Monday, comprising a weekend filled with sales.

The growth of e-commerce has driven the surge of Cyber Monday. In 2022, it generated sales of $10 billion in the United States, representing a 15% increase from the previous year.

Electronics are the best-selling items on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In 2022, televisions, laptops, and smartphones were the most popular products.

Consumers are increasingly informed about offers and discounts. Before making a purchase, they often compare prices and read product reviews.

For those who didn’t participate this year, here are some tips to make the most of Black Friday and Cyber Monday next year:

  2. Be flexible with dates. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are not the only times to find deals. Many stores offer discounts throughout November or the entire week of these events.
  3. Use coupons and discount codes. Customers perceive this as an extra gift rather than just a simple discount.
  4. Ensure everything is in order: your sales team, logistics, sales channels, technological tools, etc. Avoid turning a day of great opportunities into a headache.
